Now is the time to be practical: all forms of energy are needed to keep up with rising demand. We can’t sacrifice reliability – not when people are suffering from skyrocketing prices and power shortfalls are on the horizon.
There are two natural gas projects under consideration by Wisconsin regulators right now: Foundry Ridge and Red Oak Ridge. Combined, they could provide enough domestic power for more than 240,000 homes, serving as backup generators for the grid during peak demand.
